I'm broken
This love I feel is unspoken
The sky is blue, the grass is green
But your love for me is true, yet unseen

But your love I still feel in despair
I'm in a sunken place 
This love for me is amazing grace

These demons in my head
I wish they were dead
These doubts in my soul
The endless scroll
Yet your love makes me whole
Your love so indescribable
I wonder if it's affordable
I'm in a sickening state
This love for me has no rate

Truly, this is no poem
This is my totem
That there is a God
And He deserves every laud
His love is ever flowing
Yet I feel i'm never deserving
Oh God of Heaven
My spiritual leaven

Happy Valentine’s Day! I know this is coming late, but is love really about the day? is it about the month, or the occasion? It’s not. Love is about your heart. What have you done or how have you made someone feel to depict your Godly love for them? Have you forgotten about the all knowing supreme being that loves us despite the day, month, year, occasion, or circumstance? The Omnipotent Father that loves us despite our transgressions and iniquities. We are so broken, yet He loves us. I have an amazing Father! His love knows no bounds. To anyone that doesn’t feel loved, you are! He loves you despite your sins, your sexuality, your identity, your mistakes, your past. He loves you as if you were the only one on Earth. I hope your day is filled with God’s love!
