Hi guys! do you know that you are what you think. The question is “what does this mean”? If you tell yourself you’re a failure, you automatically become a failure. If you tell yourself you’re a success, then you are a success. Today, I would be talking about why our thoughts can either be beneficial or detrimental to our sate of happiness. One thing I want to make clear is that we are not after happiness, we’re just adopting ways that promote true happiness. Remember true happiness means living a meaningful life. First things first, your thoughts either bring you down or bring you up. If you think good about yourself, your day and mood lights up ineluctably.
For example, if you wake up every morning and tell yourself “I am great, I shall find favor today, today shall be successful, no one would bring me down, I am unique and beautiful in my own way” then you would realize that the first day goes well, the second day goes great, the third day goes fantastic then it continues and goes on like that for a long period of time or even forever.
My point is how your mind views yourself contributes to your happy days.
Secondly, stop trying to change people’s minds or perceptions about you. As a man thinketh in his heart so he is not as a man’s neighbor thinketh in his heart so is the man. what i’m trying to say here is, you’re a product of your thought and not a product of another man’s thought, so you should care less of what others think about you. It shouldn’t be that when they tell you what they think about you, you should ignore them. you can accept their feedback, but don’t let it determine your altitude in life because you should always remember this; you’re a product of your thoughts.
“Do you have the courage to think beyond where you are/the parameters of your present location”?- Bishop T.D. Jakes

Everyday, tens of thousands of thoughts go through our minds. we may not know, but we do think a lot! They are either so passing, or so familiar, or so beneath our conscious understanding that they slip by without much notice. And yet, our thoughts need our notice because they are dictating our lives.
Thoughts turn to feelings which turn to actions- and actions work to shape our circumstances.
One thing you’ll find out is that there are many thoughts in your life that are limiting you. They are holding you back from your best relationship, your best career, your best self. They’re keeping you from the success and the happiness you deserve to have. It’s time to clean up the gutter and get rid of them for good.- Allison Fallon
